Jackson Star and Herald News recently conducted a survey of THE BEST in Jackson County. Residents could vote on their favorite restaurants, service providers, and more. Our very own preschool teacher, Kelsey Casto was the winner of The Best Teacher award. We are so proud of Mrs. Casto and her devotion to her students. Congratulations!
