RAVENSWOOD — Ravenswood Middle School’s eighth-grade history teacher Jason Gump invited Wayne Worth from Clarksburg and Johnnaston Kimble from Buckhannon to school Nov. 9 to talk with the students about their Facebook presentation “On The Road in West Virginia: Our 55 Counties.”

Worth, who is a social worker by profession, and Kimble, who is a body shop professional with a dealership, worked to develop this program that is their hobby. It features all 55 counties in West Virginia in a video, giving a 10-minute history of each county.

The Jackson County students enjoyed the presentation, calling it awesome and informing. The video can be accessed at On the Road in West Virginia: Our 55 Counties. Their website is ontheroadinwv.com.

Their love of West Virginia is evident in the professional quality that each video is presented in, Gump said. Worth and Kimble are available to discuss their video at schools.
